This " Andy Warhol Flowers " rare first edition offset lithograph print hardcover Pop Art exhibition book is an incredibly special and unique book to add to your library collection.
The hardcover book with purple linen covered boards, silver tone foil cover and spine titles, and dust jacket is published by EYKN Maclean Gallerry New York, London. Printed in The United States by Meridian Printing, Rhode Island in 2012 in an unnumbered limited edition on the occasion of the exhibition, copyright 2012 The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts Inc. / ARS Artists Rights Society, New York. It features a monograph survey of the Flowers artworks of Andy Warhol, with an essay by art historian Michael Lobel.
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, artworks, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is credited as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society.
