This Really is a Great Looking Large Scale & Long Authentic Nautical - Ships Hand Held Spyglass - Telescope. Circa Late 19th Century. It has No Maker or Other Marks but it is Most Likely French in Origin. It is Beautifully Hand Made out of Solid Brass with an Genuine Mahogany Hardwood Body. The Front Lens Still Retains its Original Removable Cap - Dust Cover. The Eyepiece Lens Also has a Slide Away Mechanism Lens Cover. It is in Very Good Cosmetic and Functional Condition. The Original Varnish has Developed Wonderful Natural Aged Color & Patina. The Brass Fixtures and Also Nicely Aged Adding to its Authentic Look - Displays Beautifully. I have Cleaned the Internal Magnifying Glass Lenses and It has Very Good Optics.
