The vases measure 8.5 inches tall with a diameter of 4 inches. These measure 10 inches tall when on the wooden stands. The small bowl measures 1 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3.5 inches. The bowl is marked China on the bottom with no marks on the vases.
What is esp lovely is the vases have hand carved Cinnabar on the neck and base of them in floral patterns. These have a wonderful cerulean blue on the inside along with on the bottom of the vase. There are two pattern on the vase and can be displayed showing either side with the peonies or the other side with the cherry blossoms. Each of the vases have a wooden stand to be displayed on. The small bowl is a perfect item to hold a tea light or small candle.

What makes these so lovely is the cloisonne work ties into the cinnabar color adding to the overall look so the carved wood does not fight the enamel colors. These have been in my family for years and well cared for as were displayed in a curio cabinet.

**Cinnabar is the name of a red mineral that is used to dye the lacquer the deep red scarlet hue and then used to color the carved wood in the neck and the base of the vase.

Majority of my items for sale are pre-loved treasures that were most likely purchased at a local Estate Sale or a local resale shop in Arizona. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices.
