They were purchased by my father at an estate sale in Southwest Florida in the 1990s and have been used as home accent chairs only since then. The estate sale company employee stated that the homeowner’s brought the chairs to Florida from “up North” and that they were acquired from a courthouse. Estimated to be from the 1930s-1940s. less
