This Really Is a Great Looking Antique Pewter 1902 Massachusetts Golf Trophy. It is Rendered in the Classic 3 Handle Trophy Cup Style. The Front has Applied Early Style Figurative Golf Clubs and a Golf Ball. Note That it has a Glass Bottom and was Designed to Also be Used as a Tankard to Drink Beverages. It has an Assortment of Hand Engraved Information that Reads as Follows - WORCESTER GOLF CLUB - SEPTEMBER 5th 1902 - QUALIFYING CUP - WON BY ROGER KINNICUTT. The Bottom is Signed by the Maker MANNING - BOWMAN & CO. It is in All Original as has Survived Condition and Displays Nicely. It has been Used - Displayed Much Over the Years. It has Some Sitting Water Surface Calcium Deposits - Rings Around the Interior. The Bottom - Base Underside has Some Light Age Related Corrosion on the Glass Bezel.
It Measures Overall Approx. 5 1/4 inches Tall x 7 1/2 inches Long - Wide.
