A Chippendale style entertainment cabinet chest by Hekman. Inlaid yew wood with brass hardware, ogee edge to top, ogee edge at middle to separate cabinet from chest, and bracket feet. Features upper cabinet with two fold back doors above two smaller over two larger drawers of dovetail construction. Upper cabinet has a pre-drilled back hole for cords and a slide-out tray for a small flat screen television, or other electronics; or use for storage. Has insertable casters for easy mobile movement. One piece construction. Made in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, in the late 20th Century.
