Possibly from the Imari or Ko-imari era. All of the markings seen on the bowl seem to be errors in the production of the bowl rather then later damage, but please see photos to determine. The inside of the bowl features a blue dog like dragon creature known as the mythological Kirin. This creature was known as a gentle animal that did not feed on other living creatures. Very beautiful blue bowl in great shape. it measures 5-1/4L x 5-1/4W x 3.5H. less
