This Really is a Great Looking Antique American Large 12 3/4 inch Blue Sponge Ware Decorated Stoneware Kitchen Mixing Bowl. Circa Very Late 19th Century - 1890s. It has Beautifully and Artistically Hand Decorated Spongeware Features that are Done in the Classic American Style. Also Note that the Thick - Heavy Stoneware Body Weighing Over 6 1/2 Pounds. Note Also that it has Molded & Embossed Features. It was most likely made in the Eastern Central Ohio Region. It is in Very Good Cosmetic - Strong - Sound - Perfectly Usable Condition - Displays Beautifully. No Cracks - No Repairs. Note that has Been Loved and Used Over the Years and There is Some Egg Beater Surface Wear - Glaze Pock Marks to the Interior Bottom - Basin.
