An excellent quality pair of Samuel Alcock & Sons neoclassical porcelain vessels, circa 1860, decorated with orange and white, Grecian maidens together with Greek motif all against a black ground.
These pieces were originally imported in the 1950s by Lord & Taylor, for sale in their "Now & Then Shop," featuring antiques from England and the continent. The original tags are included.
