This vintage 1972 Carl Larsson original lithograph print poster Koket - The Kitchen 1898 is a very special and unique piece to add to your collection. The original lithograph print poster features the famous Arts & Crafts Art Nouveau style painting titled Koket ( the kitchen ) by the Swedish artist Carl Larsson ( 1853 - 1919 ).
Larsson's artworks are representative of the Arts & Crafts movement. His many paintings include oils, watercolors, and frescos. Through his painting and books Little Hythnashas the house where he lived, became one of the most famous artists homes in the world. Transmitting the artistic taste of its creators and making it a major line in Swedish interior design. The home is preserved as a museum to the artists work in Sweden.
The vintage lithograph print poster is printed in Sweden by Pictura Graphica, Karlstad in 1972. It is printed on heavyweight wove finish style paper stock with a satin finish. It measures 27 1/2 W X 19 3/4 H.
It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and very light signs of handling. There is very light wear to one lower corner, and a very minor spot of edge wear. It has never been framed. please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. less
