- We took this vintage Frederick Cooper chandelier featuring parrots in the middle and gave it a great Palm Beach Regency … more We took this vintage Frederick Cooper chandelier featuring parrots in the middle and gave it a great Palm Beach Regency look. White lacquer finish with a tiny bit of gold accents are topped off with these adorable tropical palm fronds shades. We love the whimsical little " Hula skirts" on the shades. Frederick Cooper started making lamps in 1923 and is known for amazing quality and for designing and creating illuminating art. There is 63 inches of chain with this chandelier. less
