This Andy Warhol Foundation rare offset lithograph print custom framed Denmark museum Pop Art exhibition poster " Female Head " 1957, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Pop Art poster print is published by The Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Denmark in conjunction with the 2013 " Tidlige Tegeninger ( Early Drawings ) " exhibition. Printed in Denmark in 2020 in an unnumbered limited edition with the licensed authorized rights of The Estate and The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. It features an artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1957 titled " Female Head ", copyright 2013 Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts / Biledkunst.DK.
This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol fans and collectors as this coveted image exhibition poster is now out of print, no longer available and very scarce to find.
Andy Warhol ( 19928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, artworks, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is credited as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen screen method combined with hand finishing in a signature of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
The rare out of print framed museum exhibition poster print measures 24" W X 33 1/2" H X 1 3/8" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte black brushed finish metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
