An interesting and rare Middle-Eastern mirror made during the 19th century. This mirror was originally in a painted case. Interesting old crunchy finish. The colors could be a good deal brighter with professional restoration. Objects like these are very rare because of religious restrictions surrounding the creation of “images”.
Condition: Old crazed varnished surface. Wear to surfaces as expected. Mirror back replaced. Mirror appears to be old and possibly original. less
