Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown pink, gold flecks and controlled bubbles Italian art glass decorative bowl / ashtray / vide-poche. Documented to designer Alfredo Barbini, circa 1950-1960. The bowl has 2 decorative folds along the rim, with "Bullicante" controlled bubble decoration. It is profusely filled with gold leaf on the inside. The gold gathers around and inside the bubbles, making them stand out. Also added a last photo, next to teal and pink bowls (currently listed), so you can get a better reference on the color. Would make a great display piece on any desk, dresser or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, candy dish, or ashtray. Mid-century era. Measurements: 6 1/8" x 5 3/4" x 2 3/8" high.
