This gilded milk glass covered candy jar was made by the Westmoreland Glass Co. and it is pressed glass pressed in their Paneled Grape pattern that they produced from the 1950's-60's. This covered candy jar was hand gilded by an artist who would have painted these all day working on the assembly line and some can have different decorations like bows or like this one the artist painted over the grapes and outlined the leaves to give the piece an extra touch. This covered candy jar measures 4 5/8" wide by 4 3/4" tall with the lid and it is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and very little wear to the candy jar for the age of it.
