The handle has a crack on one side. I believe the handle is celluloid. The band at the base of the handle shows what appear to be English Hallmarks which make me think the band is silver. Knife is 10 5/8" long and the blade is about 7/8" at the widest point. Blade is marked EPNS (electro plate nickel silver). Knife was probably made in the 1930's. See less
