This Really is a Great Looking - Very Rare & Unusual Antique Figurative Frog Family Cast Iron Doorstop Set. Circa Late 1920s. This Original 3 Piece Mother and 2 Baby Set is Basically Life Size. They are Heavy Solid Cast. All 3 Still Retain Their Original Hand Painted Features. They are Not Signed by the Maker but Based on My Many Years of Dealing in Cast Iron Doorstops I Believe that they could Possibly Have Been Produced by The National Foundry or The Albany Foundry. The set is in Very Nice All Original Condition and Display Well. There is some Miner Age and use High Point Paints Chips.
The Large Frog Measures Overall Approx. 3 1/4 inches Tall x 5 1/4 inches Long x 4 3/8 inches Wide.
Small Frogs are Approx. 1 inch Tall x 2 inches Long x 1 1/2 inches Wide.
