Gorgeous and rare pair of antique Japanese vase lamps from the Meiji period featuring baluster-style bodies in a creamy crackle glaze hand painted with vining purple wisteria and iris accented by gold gilt and resting on the original etched and pierced tear drop shaped bases. Porcelain is marked with Japanese symbols. Newly wired with new sockets for standard bulbs. New natural sea grass shades, harps and finials are included.
