This Ginori covered urn is decorated in leaves, vines and grapes in low relief and ram’s heads as handles in high relief. The finial handle consists of a clump of grapes The urn was fired in two pieces and then the halves were fused. There are some firing flaws present as detailed in the photographs. The crack at the base can be seen in the underside of the urn. The brown glaze on that side has run and shows as a faint drip.
