Gilt cast bronze sculpture of a religious Thai deity sitting with one knee raised as he plays a musical instrument.

The costume detail delightfully accentuated with gilt finish. Crafted in the form of a seated deity sitting with one knee raised as he plays a musical instrument with head relaxed to one side Calm appearance to face with striking gilt decor to the torso and belt.
Gilded bronze figural sculpture of Prince Pra Apai Manee playing a traditional Asian string instrument called " Zueng ". This bronze has a dark green patina, the ceremonial costume and the jewelry are adorned with gold leaf. The base is adorned with some small bonsai trees.
Very fine art work on cast hollow bronze.
Cast from the original, from Bangkok 19th century.
