Genuine antique from late 19th to early 20th c. Victorian or Art Nouveau periods. Heavy metal, can stand on it's own but has openings for wall attachment support. 6 removable tin pots with drainage holes were painted silver in 1990s, some wear. Removable bottom tray. Purchased by seller, as antique in 1980s, has same black intact paint.
Used as both African violet planter and for herbs.
