Likely American made, but could be European, this charming hand made wooden chest is embellished with an eagle and deer carving surrounded by oak leaves. All of the fittings and joints have been hand tooled probably making this a cabinet makers tool chest with an internal small box for the small tools used for fine work.
The small scale of this piece allows for placement almost anywhere. A top a side board or entry table for that extra storage for smaller items like linen napkins, candles or whatever items you want out of site. less
