Bright blues and strawberry red textiles make up this handiwork diamond pattern quilt top. Beautiful contrasting solids and patterns of knit fabric.
Approximately measures 77” long x 69.75” wide. Nicely sized bed or couch throw. Additional border can be added to size as desired.
This quilt top along with several others being offered were made by a lovely woman who went by the nickname ‘Doc’ living up to age 93. While she dabbled in painting and pottery the bulk of her art was quilting. She flourished in producing wonderfully unique color combinations and patterns. The textiles used in mid-20th century are now vintage offering the opportunity to turn these beauties into a completed quilt for use or display.
