Imported from Germany. Hand picked as the shipping container was being unloaded. Hand crafted wood plank bread board. This board was probably a wedding gift as it is both monogrammed and dated 1855. It is a beautiful burgundy red with florals and lettering. Even the support slats on this board are decorative with beveled edges. The reverse side has a natural wood finish. Well used and loved bread board.
The bread board measures about 26 inches in diameter and 33 inches tall.
