Little help from the internet:
Manufrance is a famous and emblematic company from Saint-Etienne. Manufrance is the trade name for the "Manufacture française d'armes et cycles de Saint-Étienne", a French mail order company which is located in the industrial town of Saint-Étienne, established in 1885.
In 1891 the company was renamed "Manufacture française d'armes de Saint-Étienne". The mention “and cycles” will be added in 1901.
In 1911, the Manufacture française d'armes et cycles de Saint-Étienne took the name "Manufrance" and became a public limited company.
The Manufrance philosophy: respect for tradition and French quality
