Hans Figura (1898-1978) Austrian, Village of St Wolfgang on Wolfgangsee, winter scene, color etching/serigraph on silk or satin, signed in pencil. A very prolific and creative artist from the early 20th century.
This etching of St. Wolfgang is from his 1939 series and exhibition "Mountains and Peoples of Austria" that was shown in Vienna, Austria
Vintage circa 1940's or 1950's - framed in White Plains NY
Very good vintage condition. Original frame and mats. Dust cover on reverse of frame needs to be replaced. New acid free materials are recommended.
