The painting is made and signed by Garnier. Which stands for Edouard Charles Garnier , a famous French Porcelain painter (especially Sevre porcelain) who lived from 1840- 1903.
The inside of the box is painted with floral motifs.
The box is made at the end of the 19th century/beginning of the 20th century.
During his live he has painted many porcelain pieces., and this is one of them.
His signature is at the right bottom of the image that is painted on the lid.
The whole box is very rich decorated with gold coloured surroundings. It has a bronze frame that is gild. It rests on 4 legs.

The box is in good condition, no chips or restorations.
Note: The chocolates visible on the 2nd picture are just used for decoration, they are not coming with the box.
