Each arm is scrolled and the top tier has no lights but a cluster of crystals that reflect the light from the arms below. It has a 33" diameter and is 39" high. Each arm has 3 large teardrop shaped crystals dangling from several small crystal beads. There is a center "globe" crystal. It came from a fastidious home on the North Shore of Long Island, NY. The homeowner recalled to me that he purchased it 22 years ago "on sale" for $9,000 but he did not save the receipt. The crystals are gorgeous and there are no scratches or chips on any of them. This was used as a dining room chandelier. It gives off a significant amount of light. Pictures definitely do not do it justice!
