This light was originally manufactured with a red glass insert, as indicated by the plate on top, but now boasts a striking green glass insert that can easily be removed or inserted as desired. Simply unscrew the wing nuts, pull out the mechanism in the slot, and lift the glass out to make your changes. (Refer to photo 3 for a clear understanding of the mechanism)
Not only is this light an interesting conversation starter, it’s also in great condition! The Fresnel lens is in pristine condition, and the light itself has been well-maintained. It’s been wired out the bottom, making it a perfect post light, but it also has the potential to be used as a ceiling light.
