This painting's history is written on the back side wherein the person researched the home and its location, history and owners. I've included a black and white photo from historical library archive. The painting was done by an artist from Lancaster, Wisconsin sometime in the early 1900's. The Clemonsten name is family name related to Judge Clemonsten from the first half of the 1900's who oversaw Frank Lloyd Wright's wife and friends' murderer trial of guests at Taliesen dinner. KB may be either a son, daughter, nephew or niece perhaps. There is a local historian in Lancaster who may know more or the local librarian about the artist.
NOTE: The last photo is a photo of the house taken in 2011 and is part of the public record in the Library of Congress. You can see that the house has a different front now from the original.
