The traditional Nain criteria for excellence (which have always been more than just technical challenges) are more than fulfilled in this rug in mind and execution. Sounded made of cork wool and large amounts of silk of the finest quality on a foundation of silk chains and shots, a node number of amazing density is achieved, which leads to a wafer -thin fabric of exquisite tenderness and remarkable durability. The texture of the tissue is an essential part of its attraction, while the dense binding primarily serves to express a pattern of exceptional complexity, but it is by no means pedantic or excessively refined, but rather has an unusually strong effect.
This nain rug is made of cork wool and silk on silk tied and is in a new and unused state. Very fine and dense link with approx. 1,000,000 knots / m². This piece has an attribution mark,
