Vintage Mid-Century Modern American of Martinsville Accord designed by Merton L Gershun drop leaf writing desk 6800-7 in walnut. Warm walnut wood-grain with two spacious drawers a contrasting-grain drop leaf that extends the writing surface by 14" with the leaf down the desk measures 44”
Features the line's signature hardware and X-shaped inlays on the corners. Fully finished back and allows to float anywhere in the room to show its beauty from all directions.
Desk top has been refinished at some point although a ring mark is on the drop leaf portion approximately 6" circle. A small chip about 1/4"in size to the veneer on the lower drawer corner. less
