Rich tone and grain to the rosewood frames which are al sturdy and solid with no breaks wobbles or repairs. The fabric is original and is in excellent condition with no damage, repairs of age related marks which affect the overall appearance. There are some light superficial signs of use on the tip of the arms of a couple of chairs but only a fading of the tone to the tip of the arms due only to use and touch over the years.
