Glass bowl in leaf shape by Flavio Poli for Seguso 1960's in deep red and gold overleaf has pin hole air bubbles underneat The bowl is hand blown, known as Venetian Sommerso, made in Murano, Venice, Italy. The bowl a combination of deep red and gold leave encased in clear glass.
Italian glass artist Flavio Poli (1900-1980) is known for his development of Murano glass during the 1950's known as Sommerso, or submerged glass made by overlapping different layers of glass, with diverse consistencies and colors. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
