Large vintage "ni-ju-giri" (two-level) bamboo Ikebana flower vase, made in Japan during the Showa era (1950s).
Solid bamboo, there is one level where a copper reservoir is embedded, at the very top there is room for a small flowerpot.
The ultimate Wabi Sabi Ikebana vase.
Beautiful organic form, with lovely age patina.
Great vintage condition, natural wear consistent with age and use.
Dimensions: height 62 cm, width 18 cm, depth 17 cm.
