In his hands, he holds an attribute that is not to be identified, which resembles an oversized poppy capsule. At the back, a cloud structure piles up to his legs, from which Zephyr in the form of a children's head blows a gust of wind with bloated cheeks. The allegorical meaning of the figure cannot be clearly clarified, but due to the addition of the Zephyrkopf, it is probably an allegory of spring or the months of March or April. In their style and its dimensions, this sculpture corresponds exactly to the allegory of summer, which we also offer in our catalog of goods: Certainly both sculptures are the work of the same artist and were part of a larger image program for a magnificent garden.
