Here is a pair of grotto motif canisters in very good condition from the vintage year 1976! An all-over greige color body is accented by a Trompe L'Oleil shell motif cluster of starfish, coral and various seashells. The hand painted accents are in deep coral/burnt orange, beige, tan, brown, ochre, gray and pale lavender. The colors and motif of these pieces lend themselves to a variety of options including kitchen accents in the seaside home, bathroom decorative containers, or simply as decorative objects with the potential to set a seaside tone.
