An antique glass vase manufactured by the Muller brothers in Luneville during the Art Nouveau era. The small flower holder has an ovoid shape thick walls with a gently tapering base and a wide trumpet opening at the top. It has been hand crafted from traditional French pate de verre glass (molten glass) in a lovely shade of orange and brown. The bottom of the vase has been engraved "Muller Frères Luneville".
It will make an elegant addition to your Art Nouveau decor.
Muller Frères were French glassmakers located in Lunéville, France. They were renowned for producing art nouveau glassworks such as vases and lampshades.
The Muller family originally came from Alsace. Some members of the family worked together with Émile Gallé before starting their own business. less
