A wonderful French art deco lamp in nickel plated solid brass or bronze, around 1925-1930. It holds a rare large Muller frères shade in clear frosted molded-blown glass, signed Muller fres Luneville. It's an oversized shade with a height of 18.3 cm and a diameter of 14.3 cm. The total height of the lamp is 44 cm (17,32"). It is in excellent condition. The 90 years old nickel layer has turned mat over the years but is still in good condition. I have rewired the lamp with new twisted rayon covered cord, new plug and switch. It is equipped with an American candelabra base socket and US 2-prong plug.
