Spots that appear as discolorations are reflections of other objects nearby. There are some surface scratches to the glaze on the top of the bowl (see last pic). Upon examination with a magnifying glass I was able to se some light crazing along the sides of the bowl, but not obvious to the naked eye. Sticker residue from a previous tag is present on the back. less
