Having the cast decoration of traditional Chinese archaic style with stylised eyes and mask imagery.
A feature that stands out is the design of this lamp base which imitates ancient Chinese ritual wine or food vessels, vases or "Fanglei", from the archaic Chinese bronze age 1650BC.
Circa 1920 early 20th century Republic of China Dynasty 1912-1949.
So collectible.
Hand made from cast bronze.
It is hollow inside so you can get an electrician to fit a light and wiring and convert it into a functional lamp.
