This listing is for an ornate French bronze clock.
This masterpiece dates to the early 1800s and is made from gilt bronze. It retains much of its original gilding, which is really quite nice. It’s quite stunning actually

Some minor tarnishing from age, but nothing out of the ordinary with age and normal wear. Some of the statues on top are a tad loose. The movement was last serviced in 2018. We recently tested it and it ran and chimed. The bell chime strikes on the half hour and hour. Please note that any mechanical clock that is shipped might require adjustments upon arrival. Thus time accuracy is not guaranteed. less
