This is a a PRETTY and ANTIQUE glass plate, in the Moser style.
ALL hand painted in enamel on glass, depicting children at play, riding fish, in a sea view.
Excellent hand work.
Signed in gold ( ??? ) see photos.
The gold gilding highlights decoration gives more elegance and luxury to the plate.
