- A vintage American flag motif folk art table/ storage chest with mosaics made of vintage Illinois license plates adhered with … more A vintage American flag motif folk art table/ storage chest with mosaics made of vintage Illinois license plates adhered with brass head nails . The base is an older industrial case or tool chest with an interesting lid profile, it's from the early 20th century while the transformation of use happened later as the license plates are mostly from the 70s and 80s. Height of box portion is 8” without bun feet. Depth given is without the projection of the handle which adds about another 2”. less
