Mid Century abstract painting collection by artist Philipp Weichberger. These colorful mid sized gouache paintings were, originally purchased at an art show in NewYork City in 1964. They are in original frames and behind glass. They look gorgeous hung together as seen here. They are similar in size but not exact, all sizes listed below by #, see photos, with largest used for shipping details. There is some glare on photos due to glass covering. They come with book on artist acquired at time of original purchase.
Philipp Jacob Weichberger was a German Postwar & Contemporary painter who was born in 1936, and died in 1985. These works were originally purchased from a gallery in NYC in the early 1960s.
