Lovely vintage pillow featuring an iris, candlewick white knotting, and embroidery. The purple of the flower and the green of the leaves are dyed onto the fabric, with green embroidery bordering each leaf. The yellow part of the iris is embroidered, and the petals are outlined in white knotted candlewick. There is green embroidery on each side of the pillow, as well as more white knotted candlewick.
The pillow is 13" in height not including the lace, and is 12" in width not including the lace. The pillow is about 2" in depth.
The pillow is in excellent vintage condition, but there is some pilling that you can see if you zoom into the pictures. less
