The chairs have casters on an aluminum star base and they swivel.
Measurements:
35 to 40 inches adjustable hight x 26 inches wide at arms x 20 inches seat width x 22.50 inches deep x 16 to 22 seat height with an adjustable arm height that goes from 22.50 when the seat is lowered 27.50, 28, 28.50, to 31.50 when the seat is up, adjusting .50 at a time. less
