Beautiful and comfortable, these chairs were sourced out of an estate in the Garden District of Baton Rouge, demonstrating the elegant design aesthetic of the area.
The frames on this pair of mid-century chairs have their original light cream (tending toward green) paint showcasing a shabby chic finish with an aged appearance over the entire frame as well as accents highlighted in gold leafing. The chairs have been reupholstered with a striped green, cream, and pinkish red damask on the seats and the backs along with a pinkish red, green, and cream gingham on the front backs and the rim of the seats which also has a double pinkish red, green, and cream braided trim around the top and bottom of the seats. less
