1940s Georgian break-front style mahogany china cabinet, in beautiful condition, with minor scratches. It started out in the well-appointed Brooklyn apartment of my husband's grandparents where it displayed china and crystal. Works equally well as a bookcase with storage below.
Lower section has a central drawer front that drops down to a charming secretary desk with compartments and shelves. Two genuine drawers on the right and left. Below, there is a center double-door cabinet with adjustable shelving, flanked by two doors with additional shelving.
Upper section has glass paneled doors with graceful oval carved mullions.
Equally suitable for china, silver and crystal as it is for books, decor and storage.
Disassembles into 2 pieces for transport.
