The vase has a raised "branch" design set on a field of layered, colored glass that has a frosted look. The colors range from a deep purple wine color (of the branches) to a sunset yellow, creamy to a true white and purple and pink hues. It reminds us of walking in the woods just before sunset. The vase is in good vintage condition showing only normal vintage wear. We did not find any chips, cracks or breaks. The interior is smoothe and the pontil is ground. We did not find a maker's mark.
